世界最大双驱式齿轮传动球磨机在中信重工成功试车

日前，世界最大双驱式齿轮传动球磨机在中信重工成功试车并提前1个月交付用户中国黄金集团公司。

　　此次交付的Φ11×5.4米半自磨机和Φ7.9×13.6米球磨机是中信重工为中国黄金集团乌山二期项目承制的，该项目是中国黄金集团公司与内蒙古呼伦贝尔市实施战略合作的重点工程。

 

　　中信重工和中国黄金集团公司的合作始于2007年乌努格吐山项目一期工程，中信重工承制了其中关键装备——两台Φ8.8×4.8米半自磨机和两台Φ6.2×9.5米溢流型球磨机的设计和制造任务。据中信重工董事长任沁新介绍，2007年6月18日，中国黄金集团公司和中信重工正式结为长期战略合作伙伴。目前，这4台超大型磨机在内蒙古乌努格吐山铜钼矿已投产运行，一组半自磨机和球磨机设计处理能力为625吨/组/小时，合1.5万吨/组/天;而运行中的实际处理能力达到745吨/组/小时，合1.78万吨/组/天，超出计划的20%左右。

 

　　在矿用磨机的设计制造上，中信重工集选型、设计、生产制造、装配、厂内试车、现场安装、成套供货为一体，是目前全球唯一一个能够为用户提供全套解决方案的企业。中国机械工业联合会副会长杨学桐表示，中信重工已经具备年产超过200台大中型磨机的装备制造能力，可以向国内外客户提供直径8—12.2米的大型自磨机、半自磨机，直径4—7.9米的球磨机。

 

　　据悉，中信重工设计制造的具有完全自主产权的各类矿用磨机不仅遍布中国各地，并已出口澳大利亚、巴西、俄罗斯等20多个国家。
