市场的迅速扩展，迫使国外企业到国内来发展，切割机的价格也大幅度下降。90年代后期由于国产焊割设备质量已趋稳定，价格也较前几年大幅度下降，因此已逐步取代了进口机。

随着我国工业向现代化迈进，国内市场对焊割设备的需求逐年增大，加之国外发达国家由于已有大量焊割设备正在使用，故数控等离子切割机的普及受到一定制约，而我国焊割设备技术起步和应用较晚，形成供需缺口，导致我国焊割设备特别是数控等离子切割机的潜在市场巨大。

2.系统设计方案

2.1 方案背景

自动化焊接设备，也属于机器人的一种，是为摆脱对人力的依赖性，提升工作效率，或是为了提高安全性而迎刃而生的新型设备；根据自动化程度，自动化焊接设备可分为以下三类：  

一.刚性自动化焊接设备刚性自动化焊接设备亦可称为初级自动化焊接设备，其大多数是按照开环控制的原理设计的。虽然整个焊接过程由焊接设备自动完成，但对焊接过程中焊接参数的波动不能进行闭环的反馈系统，不能随机纠正可能出现的偏差。
