Types and Features

CRA超薄系列(内圈旋转)CRA Thin Type

CRA系列是把内圈和外圈的壁厚做的很薄的小型轻量的交叉滚子轴承,既小型又能承受重负荷,因此轴承坐和侧面压紧法兰盘都可以轻量化,最适合于机器人的手部等旋转关节部分。这个系列的外圈是由两部分组成,用铆钉固定后成为非分开形式。

在交叉滚子轴承中,因圆柱滚子在呈90°的V型沟槽滚动面上通过间隔保持器被相互垂直排列。这种设计使交叉滚子轴承就可以承受径向负荷,轴向负荷及倾覆力矩等所有方向的负荷。

因在垂直排列的滚子间装有间隔保持器,防止了滚子的倾斜或滚子的相互摩擦,可以有效防止旋转扭矩的增加。另外,不会发生滚子的一方接触现象或者锁死现象。同时,因内圈或外圈是两半分割的构造,轴承间隙可调整,即使被施加预紧,也能获得高精度的旋转运动。

CRA系列薄壁交叉滚子轴承(外圈分割型)是将外圈和内圈的壁厚做的很薄的小型轻量的交叉滚子轴承,既小型有能承受较重负荷,因此设备上轴承的安装部位都可以轻量化,最适合于机器人的手部等旋转关节部位,外圈是两个分割的结构,用螺钉固定后成为非分开结构形式 。
