西门子为国家能源分布式能源技术研发（实验）中心提供微网智能管理系统

西门子助力华电电力科学研究院有限公司，为国家能源分布式能源技术研发（实验）中心提供了微网智能运行优化和调度系统，帮助实现了园区供能和用能的高效、节能、灵活与稳定。
1879年初，西门子为中国提供了一台10马力的蒸汽发电机，专门用于上海港的照明，大大提高了港口的工作效率。今天，以这种“在哪儿用能，就在哪儿产能”的理念为核心，在集中式供能之外，分布式能源系统正以星火燎原之势蓬勃发展。
与集中式供电不同，分布式能源系统位于用电端周边，可以自发自用，如果有余电还可以馈还给主电网，获得经济收益。同时，由于系统在产能时多使用风能、太阳能和天然气等可再生能源或清洁能源，它还具有清洁、高效等特点。
华电电力科学研究院有限公司（华电电科院）作为分布式能源领域的先行者，已经在杭州搭建了国家能源分布式能源技术研发（实验）中心（研发中心）。作为国家能源局下属分布式能源专业的研究机构，研发中心正以其园区作为研究和实验对象，开展分布式能源系统的可行性与经济性等方面的研究。
为帮助研发中心更好地管理园区内的太阳能等多种能源，西门子为研发中心提供了SICAM AK1703微网控制器和包括MGMS微网管理高级应用在内的Spectrum Power能源监控管理平台（Spectrum Power平台），助力实现了园区供能和用能的高效、节能、灵活与稳定。
西门子（中国）有限公司能源管理集团智慧能源事业部总经理郑峰表示：“华电电科院研发中心项目对西门子来说具有开创性的意义，它的MGMS微网管理系统是西门子在中国成功落地的第一个微网管理系统。以此为起点和标杆，我们正在持续深耕分布式能源领域。”
“随着中国能源结构的调整，能源生产与利用的清洁和高效已经成为了许多能源企业发展的‘硬指标’。发展分布式能源系统是大势所趋。” 华电电力科学研究院有限公司分布式能源技术部（国家能源分布式能源技术研发（实验）中心）高级工程师、副主任郑文广则表示，“在这一领域，西门子有着先进的技术与丰富的经验，是值得信赖的合作伙伴。与西门子的合作让我们的工作事半功倍。”

“最复杂的微网实验室工程”

位于杭州的研发中心被包围在一片葱郁的绿色之中。在占地面积达2.6万平方米的园区内可以看到一栋栋排列整齐的实验楼。天气晴朗时，实验平台墙上的一块块太阳能板更是像一颗颗宝石，在阳光下闪闪发光。
园区使用的能源大部分来自分布式能源系统。由于系统整合了光伏发电与燃气发电，需要同时管理电、热和冷等多种能源，它也是目前国内分布式能源种类最多且最复杂的微网实验室工程之一。在安装上，它设备种类较多，接口不一，不易统一接入微电网管理系统。在电网运行上，它不仅技术标准复杂，运行控制难度也很大。
但是，面对困难，华电电科院与西门子都没有退缩。为了将设备连接到Spectrum Power平台，西门子对园区内的微燃机、内燃机和换热器等相关设备做了细致的考察，根据实际情况更新或重绘了设备图纸，并以此为依据对系统做了本地化匹配，最终顺利将设备全部接入平台。
而在电网运行上，Spectrum Power平台则凭借其强大的功能，保证了微电网高效、节能、灵活和稳定的运行。
