西门子中国油气与电力MindSphere应用中心（MindSphere Application Cen-ter）今天在西门子中国研究院苏州院正式揭幕。作为西门子油气与电力集团数字化业务的重要组成部分，该应用中心将汇集算法专家、行业专家、平台架构师、产品经理、软件开发和前端UI设计师，通过利用西门子基于云的开放式物联网操作系统MindSphere进行数字化产品与解决方案的开发，携手能源行业客户与合作伙伴共同打造数字化创新生态圈，共创新的数字化应用与商业模式。
发电设备每天可产生海量数据，如何充分挖掘和利用这些数据，通过数字化手段优化资产性能、降低成本并加强协作以提高决策水平已成为电力行业面临的新课题。西门子（中国）有限公司执行副总裁兼西门子大中华区油气与电力集团总经理姚振国表示，自2016年以来，西门子中国油气与电力业务就已经开始面向中国电力行业进行数字化解决方案的本地化研发。随着MindSphere应用中心的开幕，我们将进一步以本地客户需求为导向，不断推进数字化解决方案与产品的研发，助力中国能源行业的数字化转型。
该应用中心具有两大核心功能，可根据客户需求共同开发新的数字化应用与商业模式，或将成熟的产品与解决方案及商业模式进行推广，包括产品的持续升级、解决方案设计和项目执行，以实现数字化业务的规模化与标准化。本地化的团队可以灵活快速应对市场变化和能源行业的客户需求。凭借西门子的全球视野和先进的数据分析技术与对物联网前沿动态的把握，该团队具备提供端到端数字化解决方案的能力，可更好的为客户创造价值。
应用中心在功能上分为敏捷工作区、应用展示区、共同创造区、会议室和数据中心。其中，应用展示区对西门子能源资产智能运维方案产品进行了集中展示。该运维方案包括咨询、远程诊断服务、电力诊断中心、检维修可视化分析、边缘计算解决方案、KPI指标分析与对标等部分，通过数字化手段实现预警、诊断、维护策略分析和决策与维护执行。基于西门子以往客户经验估算，燃煤电厂在部署该运维方案后，非计划停机时间可减少7%，非计划减负荷运转可降低8%，运维人力成本可下降达20%；对于中小型燃机电厂来说，非计划停机时间可减少13%，非计划减负荷运转可降低16%，运维人力成本可下降达33%。
截至目前，西门子已在全球设立了20个MindSphere应用中心，业务领域涵盖工业、发电、交通和智慧城市业务。西门子油气与电力集团不断加速MindSphere应用中心在全球的布局，本次落地苏州的应用中心是其在柏林、奥兰多、巴塞罗那和古尔冈后建立的第五个中心。
