启动方式运用串接于电源与被控电机之间的软起动器,控制其内部晶闸管的导通角,使电机输入电压从零以预设函数关系逐渐上升,直至起动结束,赋予电机全电压,即为软起动,在软起动过程中,电机起动转矩逐渐增加,转速也逐渐增加。软起动一般有下面几种起动方式。斜坡升压软起动:这种起动方式简单,不具备电流闭环控制,仅调整晶闸管导通角,使之与时间成一定函数关系增加。其缺点是,由于不限流,在电机起动过程中,有时要产生较大的冲击电流使晶闸管损坏,对电网影响较大,实际很少应用。斜坡恒流软起动:这种起动方式是在电动机起动的初始阶段起动电流逐渐增加,当电流达到预先所设定的值后保持恒定(t1至t2阶段),直至起动完毕。起动过程中。

将万用表调到电阻X10档,红表棒接到P,黑表棒分别依到R、S、T,正常时有几十欧的阻值,且基本平衡。相反将黑表棒接到P端,红表棒依变频器维修图片变频器维修图片(4张)次接到R、S、T,有一个接近于无穷大的阻值。将红表棒接到N端,重复以上步骤,都应得到相同结果。如果有以阻值三相不平衡,说明整流桥有故障.B.红表棒接P端时,电阻无穷大,可以断定整流桥故障或启动电阻出现故障。测试逆变电路将红表棒接到P端,黑表棒分别接U、V、W上,应该有几十欧的阻值,且各相阻值基本相同。将黑表棒N端,反相应该为无穷大,重复以上步骤应得到相同结果,否则可确定逆变模块有故障。动态测试在静态测试结果正常以后,才可进行动态测试。

频繁启动的场所可取电动机额定电流的2.25~2.5倍。欠电流继电器的整定电流一般取额定电流的0.1~o.2倍。[1]安装和使用编辑(1)安装前应检查继电器的额定电流和整定电流值是否符合实际使用要求,继电器的动作部分是否灵活、可靠,外罩及壳体是否有损坏或缺件等情况。(2)安装后应在触点不通电的情况下,使吸引线圈通电操作几次。看继电器动作是否可靠。(3)定期检查继电器各零部件是否有松动及损坏现象,并保持触点的清洁。[1]欠电流继电器断相保护电路编辑电路如图7-9所示,电路采用三只欠电流继电器作断相保护。工作原理:按下起动按钮SBl,接触器KM线圈得电动作,主触点闭合,电动机起动。欠电流继电器KAl、KAKA3动作。
