Unimotor FM 是一款可与 CT 伺服驱动器配合使
用的高性能无刷交流伺服电动机。FM 是灵活电动机
(Flexible Motor)的首字母缩略词,适合一系列应用场合。
此电动机提供了6 种不同尺寸的框架,具有不同的安装
布局和电动机长度。

应用
Unimotor FM 适用于需要精密运动和/ 或动态控制的应
用场合。典型应用包括:高速机械,飞剪机和圆盘刀应用,拾取和放置
材料处理,印刷,纺织机械

优势
1.Unimotor FM 允许使用不同的反馈设备。由于能够实现成本
和性能的最佳平衡,因此根据标准应安装增编码器。可为增
加的分辨率选择SinCos 和 CT 的先进SLM 反馈。在
极端环境下为提高可靠性提供了Resolver 反馈
2.高峰值扭矩值允许使用更小的电动机(RMS 值较低,而最大
扭矩较高)

High Dynamic AC Servo Motor Range

Unimotor hd is Control Techniques’ new high dynamic servo motor range,
 designed for maximum torque density. This brushless AC servo motor range
provides an exceptionally compact, low inertia solution for applications
where very high torque is required during rapid acceleration and
deceleration profiles.

Performance AC Brushless Servo Motor

Unimotor fm is a high performance brushless AC servo motor range matched
for use with Control Techniques drives. fm is an acronym for Flexible
Motor, designed to accommodate a wide range of applications. The motors
are available in seven frame sizes with various mounting arrangements
and motor lengths.

5.2 Nm to 68.0 Nm (151.6 Nm Peak)
Fan blown high performance AC brushless servo motor
075 to 190 Frames
 
Based on Unimotor fm mechanics with modified electromagnetic construction,
the fan blown version has been designed to give greater performance across
the torque range.For example, the 190 fan blown variant increases the stall
 torque from 50.6Nm to 68Nm when compared to the standard Unimotor fm motor.
This extra torque allows for increased application performance with higher
rms values achievable.The motors available have been selected to give the
best torque increases across the available frame sizes.
