蜗轮减速机是常见的一种减速机,它的特点鲜明、使用方便,深受使用者的青睐。蜗轮减速机的安装是非常细致的工作,在安装过程中应注意操作的细节,保证蜗轮减速机的安装效果。
一、蜗轮减速机的特点
1、蜗轮减速机的机型小巧、机构紧凑、重量较轻、占用空间少、散热性能优良、承载能力大,适合在复杂的工况中使用。
2、蜗轮减速机的减速比大,使用范围广泛,具有自锁特性,对于起重设备尤其适用,在起重设备停机时即可自锁,保证重物不会受重力影响而自行下落。
3、蜗轮减速机的传动平稳、运行可靠、冲击小、噪音低、与其他机械组合能力强、适应性好,并能获得较大传动比。
4、蜗轮减速机的蜗轮输出具备中空输出轴结构,可以配合单侧出力轴和双侧出力轴,在搭配输入输出方式上具有较高灵活性。
二、蜗轮减速机的安装注意
1、蜗轮减速机必须安放在平整平面上,用地脚螺栓进行固定,保证蜗轮减速机的平衡、稳定及牢固。
2、蜗轮减速机要保持封闭安装,润滑方式为油浸润滑,润滑油量应保持在视镜中心线下6mm水平面,在蜗轮减速机开始运行之后,每季度都应检查润滑油使用量,并及时补充或更换润滑油。
3、蜗轮减速机在安装后要进行安装检查,例如是否存在泄漏、松动等异常情况,确认无异常后,开始试运行,试运行正常后则进入正常使用。
4、蜗轮减速机的蜗杆转速不能超过每分钟1500转,至于旋转方向没有特别限制,可以根据用户需要自行调节。
5、蜗轮减速机的工作环境应保持温度在±40℃以内,在工作环境保持在20℃上下时,负载正常温度上限为80℃。
