MOTOROLA MVME2603-31XX SCANBE MPC603 200MHZ CPU WITHOUT MEMORY 64BIT PCI MEZZ因为重型传动滚筒是使用三维实体建模的,所以采用抛物线性四面体实体单元作为划分单元。在模型比较重要的部位,如重型传动滚筒的接盘、胀套、轴承等处采用局部加密的方法,其目的是能计算出这些部位的应力。又因为重型传动滚筒是个装配体,各零部件之间的连接采用过盈配合。COSMOS/Works将装配体各零部件之间有配合关系按接触关系分为三种:粘结(Bonded)、自由(Free)和结点结点(NodetoNode)。
考虑到模型是装配体,各零件之间的接触是面面,彼此相互作用,所以采用结点结点的接触方式,但划分时应将各配合面的网格使用统尺寸,否则模型不能正划分。通过上述方法,整个模型划分后,总体划分尺寸为50mm,局部划分尺寸为30mm,四面体实体单元770个,结点35576个,自由度406729个。划分结果如所示。
求解方法COSMOS/Works于静力分析提供了三种求解方法:DirectSparse、FFE和FFEPlus.般说来,三种求解方法同问题的求解结果基本相似,但在选择时应注意以下几点:于大型和特大型问题(自由度大于300000个)应优使用FFEPlus求解方法;于小型和中型问题(自由度在00000个300000个)应优使用DirectSparse或FFE求解方法;于装配体问题并且考虑了零件间的相互接触、相互摩擦和不同材质时应优使用DirectSparse求解方法。综上所述,本模型使用DirectSparse求解方法,并取零件间摩擦系数为0.05,共耗时30min.强度分析由可见,重型传动滚筒的应力主要集中在轴与轴承之间、胀套外端面、接盘的辐板等处;大应力(vonMisesstress)在轴与轴承"M沿――大米塞斯等效应力;%―材料的屈服强度。 机械传动系统故障诊断中的时序分析法洪津\袁建虎\黄石红2,谭华(.解放理工大学工程兵工程学院,江苏南京20007;2.东南大学,江苏南京20096)机械传动系统中应用的可能性,然后简述了AR模型的参数估计,并就故障诊断中的模型建立与识别及其实时性等问题进行了探讨。给出了基于参数模型的故障诊断的方法和则。
