橡胶止水带保存运输注意事项：

橡胶止水带在运输与贮存时不能长时间露天曝晒，防止雨淋，勿与污染性强的化学物质接触，防止机械，钢筋损伤。产品应存放场所最好保持-10℃－+30℃，相对湿度在40%－80%应注意勿使其损坏，放置于通风、干燥处、并应避免阳光直射，禁止与酸碱油类及有机溶剂等接触，且隔离热源，应保存于室内，并不得重压，成品应取直平放，勿加重压。存放场所最好保持-10~+30，相对湿度40%~80%。自生产日期起半年内产品性能应符合国家标准的规定。

外贴（背贴）型橡胶止水带作为防水板的辅材，可广泛应用于地下室、地铁隧道、公路和铁路隧道工程的防水及水坝、人工湖、水池、污水处理场、垃圾掩埋场等工程的混凝土构筑物底板或壁板外侧（构筑物迎水面）的防水及防渗。实际应用中主要使用在水压及变形量较小的变形缝、伸缩缝、沉降缝等，具有与混凝土锚固紧密、止水密封及适应伸缩缝拉伸变形等特点，结构物的背贴式止水带也可作为普通止水带使用，应用于混凝土现浇时变形缝、施工缝内与混凝土结构成为一体的基础工程中，解决缝隙处的渗漏水问题背贴式止水带主要适用于混凝土构筑物底板或壁板外侧（混凝土迎水面）。具有与混凝土锚固紧密、止水密封及弹性拉伸变形等特点。外贴式止水带是防水板后的第一道防水层，对于隧道渗水的预防至关重要。

施工方法：

方法1、在止水带背面配30mm厚木模板，模板的宽度和长度应满足止水带安装的要求，木模板应与外墙整体模板连成一体，以防浇筑混凝土时木模板发生位移、漏浆，失去止水作用。同时用212in（lin=25mm）双帽钉将外贴式橡胶止水带与木模板固定，将双帽钉钉在止水带两侧最边缘部位，每隔200mm钉双帽钉一个。安装好的止水带应平整，无下垂现象，此部位在浇筑混凝土后，强度达到设计强度的80%以上方可拆模。
