GQF-Z型桥梁伸缩缝是中交公路规划设计院设计的一种新颖桥梁伸缩装置,产品适用于大流量交通地段的公路、城市桥梁、高架道路与立交工程。目前在施工中占有很大的比重。

性能特点:

Z型桥梁伸缩缝结构特点与功能

Z型伸缩缝由一条整长的橡胶密封条,一组钢质边梁及锚固件组成。钢质边梁外侧的锚固件,与梁端预埋钢筋相焊接,浇筑高强度混凝土过渡段后,同梁体连结。Z型伸缩缝具有连结可靠,与桥面接合平顺,密封止水、伸缩灵活,行车平稳,使用寿命长的特点。适用于伸缩量为40mm,60mm和80mm的桥梁。

钢质边梁:采用16Mn钢轧制,剖面呈c形。

密封胶条:采用氯丁或三元乙丙橡胶制造,具有良好的耐老化、耐曲挠性能。

锚固件:有锚钉、锚环、锚板结构三种,桥梁工程师可根据桥面板设计厚度选用,本公司也可特殊设计制造。

关于Z型桥梁伸缩缝产品在桥梁上安装时的步骤及注意事项:

1、当工程施工单位在安装桥梁伸缩缝时,一旦发生碰撞变形,很难修复为合格产品,所以在安装的全过程中,一定要采取措施保护,严禁任何车辆通过。

2、一定要精心操作。如果出现现场不易调整,所以对伸缩缝的成品检查一定要认真、仔细。不合格不可运至现场。

3、在桥梁伸缩缝在安装前,要与设计图和现场核对位置、尺寸无误后,再稳放入预留槽。要将桥上各接缝处缝隙一定要用聚苯乙烯泡沫板塞严,防止浇注保护带混凝土时灌入,使缝失效。同时,也不可将装置内灌进混凝土,以免更换V形象胶带时受阻。

4.、在保护带混凝土浇筑后,前7-8日一定要及时洒水养护,以利强度增长和防止裂缝出现。
