MONEL^® 187焊条

MONEL 187 焊条可应用于锻造或铸造70/30、80/20或90/10铜镍合金的手工电弧焊中。与被焊母材一样，这种焊接材料在海水中也有优异的抗污损和腐蚀的能力，因此也可用于海洋作业及脱盐淡化的场合。这种焊条可以用于异种材料的焊接，如铜镍合金与MONEL400合金或与NICKLE 200的焊接。

    187焊条应采用直流正接的方式，并适用于全位置焊接。

MONEL ® 187 electrode

The MONEL 187 welding rod can be used in the manual arc welding of forging or casting 70/30, 80/20 or 90/10 copper and nickel alloys. As well as being welded, this welding material also has excellent anti-fouling and corrosion resistance in seawater, so it can also be used in Marine operations and desalination. This electrode can be used for welding of heterogeneous materials such as copper nickel alloy and MONEL400 alloy or welding with NICKLE 200.

The welding rod shall be directly connected by dc and shall be applicable to all position welding.
