Nickel 61 焊丝AWS A 5.14, ERNi-1提供材质书
Nickel 61 焊丝主要用于Nickel 200和201合金的钨极气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊和埋弧焊接，也可用于钢的堆焊。当其用于埋弧焊接时，要匹配使用INCOFLUX 6 埋弧焊剂。焊缝金属中钛和碳产生反应使游离态的碳降到比较低的水平，因此这种焊条可以用于Nickel 201合金的焊接。焊缝金属具有优异的耐蚀性能，特别是耐碱金属腐蚀的能力。
Nickel 61 焊丝可以用于多种焊接场合，包括Nickel 200、201合金与不锈钢、碳钢、INCONEL合金、INCOLOY合金、铜-镍合金和MONEL合金之间的焊接。它还可以用于MONEL合金和铜镍合金与碳钢之间的焊接，以及铜镍合金与INCONEL合金或INCOLOY合金之间的焊接。

Nickel 61 welding wire is mainly used for the tungsten gas shielded welding, melting polar gas welding and submerged arc welding of Nickel 200 and 201 alloy, and also used for surfacing of steel. When it is used for submerged arc welding, it is used to match the INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc welding agent. The welding of titanium and carbon in the weld metal causes the carbon to be reduced to a lower level, so this electrode can be used for the welding of Nickel 201 alloy. Weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance, especially corrosion resistance of alkali metal.
Nickel 61 welding wire can be used for various welding situations including Nickel 200, 201 alloy and stainless steel, carbon steel, INCONEL alloy, INCOLOY alloy, copper - Nickel alloy and MONEL alloy. It can also be used for welding between MONEL alloys and copper-nickel alloys with carbon steel, as well as between copper and nickel alloys with INCONEL alloys or INCOLOY alloys.
