MONEL® 60 焊丝 AWS A5.14,ERNiCu-7提供材质书

MONEL 60 焊丝主要用于用钨极惰性气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊和埋弧焊等方法焊接MONEL400合金、R404合金以及K-500合金，也可用于熔化极气体保护焊和埋弧焊进行钢材的表面堆焊。对特定的熔化极气体保护焊接条件下，推荐使用NICKLE 61镍焊丝盖面。用MONEL 60焊丝进行埋弧焊接需要使用INCOFLUX5焊剂。

用MONEL 60焊丝形成的焊缝金属具有和MONEL 400合金相似的性能－高强度，在多种介质中作用下都有较强的耐蚀能力，这些腐蚀介质包括海水、盐类以及还原性酸等。当用这种焊条焊接MONEL K-500合金时，由于焊缝填充金属不能产生时效硬化效果，所以强度较母材低。

焊丝可以以线卷或直线状供货，并有几种不同直径可供选择，如下表所示

MONEL wire is mainly used for 60 with tungsten inert gas protection welding, melting polar gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding welding MONEL400 alloy, R404 alloy and K - 500 alloy, also can be used for melting pole gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding on the surface of the steel welding. On specific melting polar gas protection welding condition, it is recommended to use NICKLE covering 61 nickel wire. With 60 MONEL wire for submerged arc welding use INCOFLUX5 flux.

With MONEL wire formation of the weld metal has 60 and 400 MONEL alloy similar performance - high intensity, in a variety of medium under the action of both have strong corrosion resistant ability, the corrosion medium including sea water, salt and reducing acid etc. When using this electrode welding MONEL alloy K - 500, due to the weld filler metal can't age hardening effect, so the strength of the parent metal is low.
