INCO-WELD® HX焊丝

 

INCO-WELD  HX焊丝主要用于钨极惰性气体保护焊和熔化极气体保护焊焊接INCONEL HX合金或其它类似的镍-铬-钼合金，也可用于钢的表面堆焊。焊缝金属具有很高的强度，并且在温度高达2200oF（1200oC）时仍有很好的耐氧化性能。

INCO-WELD HX焊丝可以用于异种材料焊接，例如INCONEL HX合金与其它镍合金、不锈钢以及碳钢和低合金钢的焊接。

INCO-WELD HX welding wire is mainly used for tungsten inert gas shielded welding and fusion electrode gas shielded welding INCONEL HX alloy or other similar nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloys, as well as steel surface surfacing. The weld metal has a high strength and still has good oxidation resistance at a temperature of up to 2200oc (1200oC).

Inc-weld HX welding wire can be used for welding of heterogeneous materials such as INCONEL HX alloy with other nickel alloys, stainless steel and carbon steel and low alloy steel.
