INCONEL®  92 焊丝

 

INCONEL 92 焊丝主要用于钨极惰性气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊等方法焊接奥氏体钢、铁素体钢以及镍基合金，包括INCONEL系列合金和INCOLOY系列合金与不锈钢、碳钢以及MONEL系列合金的焊接，还可用于MONEL系列合金、NICKLE 200合金与不锈钢的焊接以及不锈钢和碳钢的焊接。这种焊丝也可以用于镍钢的焊接。

INCONEL 92 焊丝能在很宽的温度范围－很低的温度到1800oF（980oC）－提供较高的强度和耐腐蚀能力。当温度超过1300oF（700oC）时，焊缝金属能产生时效硬化进一步提高强度。

INCONEL 92 wire is mainly used for tungsten inert gas protection welding, melting polar gas protection welding methods, such as welding austenitic steel, ferritic steel and nickel base alloy, including INCONEL alloy series and INCOLOY series alloy and stainless steel, carbon steel and MONEL alloy welding, can also be used for series of MONEL alloy, NICKLE alloy with the welding of stainless steel and 200 stainless steel and carbon steel welding. This wire can also be used for welding of nickel steel.

INCONEL 92 solders can provide high strength and corrosion resistance at a wide temperature range - very low temperature to 1800oF (980oC). When the temperature is over 1300oF (700oC), weld metal can produce aging hardening and further enhance strength.
