NILOR CF36 焊丝

NILO CF36 焊丝主要用于NILO 36合金的熔化极气体保护焊、钨极气体保护焊和埋弧焊。NILO CF36 焊丝与NILO 36合金一样具有较低的热胀特性，这防止的了凝固裂纹和再热裂纹的产生。当这种焊丝用于喷射过渡的GMAW焊接过程时，推荐使用氩气作为保护气体；当用于GMAW脉冲焊接和短弧焊接时，推荐使用氩气和25％氦气混合气体作保护气；当用于SAW焊接时应当使用INCOFLUX 6焊剂。

直焊丝的长度为：915mm(36”)或1000mm(39”)

NILO CF36 welding wire is mainly used for the welding of the melting electrode of NILO 36 alloy, the welding of tungsten electrode gas and the submerged arc welding. The NILO CF36 electrode has a low thermal expansion property as the NILO 36 alloy, which prevents the production of solidified cracks and reheat cracks. When this wire is used for the GMAW welding process of spray transition, argon is recommended to protect the gas. When used for GMAW pulse welding and short arc welding, it is recommended to use argon gas and 25% helium mixture to protect gas. INCOFLUX 6 flux shall be used when used for SAW welding.
