NI-ROD^® FC55 药芯焊丝

NI-ROD FC55药芯焊丝主要应用于药芯焊丝电弧焊和埋弧焊焊接灰口铸铁、可锻铸铁和球墨铸铁，还可应用于铸铁的表面堆焊以及铸铁和碳钢、低合金钢的焊接。这种焊丝和NI-ROD 55焊条一样适于高速自动或半自动焊接并有较高的经济性。

用NI-ROD FC55药芯焊丝进行埋弧焊时应使用INCOFLUX 5焊剂。

 焊丝有线卷或直线状两种供货形态，并有几种不同直径可供选择，如下表所示

NI - ROD FC55 flux-cored wire is mainly used in flux-cored wire arc welding and submerged arc welding welding of grey cast iron, malleable cast iron and nodular cast iron, can also be applied to the surface of cast iron welding and carbon steel, low alloy steel and cast iron welding. This wire is just as suitable for high speed automatic or semi-automatic welding as the ni-rod 55 electrode.

INCOFLUX 5 flux should be used in the submerged arc welding with NI-ROD FC55.
