  FDJ-120手持切割锯是我公司针对高危，安全系数要求特别的工作环境，如化工.治炼厂.天然气开采.潮湿的隧道，水下及狭窄的空间作业。山西万泽锦达机械制造有限公司自主研发的新型多用途气动手持切割工具。它使用德国进口锯条，利用压缩空气作为动力源。气动手持切割锯不但整机重量轻，操作简单，携带方便无火花，提高工作效益。本产品安全可靠是切割行业的最理想气动切割工具。
 
 
适用范围
    ·该锯适用于安全的工作环境，可在较高温的环境下作业，无火花，是一款性能可靠、安全型及效率极高的理想气动工具之一。广泛用于电缆、方管、建筑等行业。
   ·利用两相电系统作为动力源。重量轻，易携带；结构科学，便于作业。
   ·可快速切割管道、电缆、角钢、结构钢、U型钢、链条、锚杆、锚索等。

使用方法：
  1、了解所需切割的材料。
  2、确保牢固固定了所需切割的材料，防止其移动。
  3、电源接上时，用手指按压阀杆，然后开始切割。
  4、用锯的重量来控制切割压力。对于较软的材料来说，这样的重量已经足够。过多的压力会降低锯片的速度。对于较硬的材料，可以通过加压的方式来降低锯片的转动速度。切割是保持锯笔直。锯片的任何扭曲或歪斜都可能降低其使用寿命。（注意：避开切割后可能掉落的碎片。切割即将完成时，切勿使锯碰到您的身体、工件或附近的其它人员。）
  5、下次切割开始前，锯片必须保持运动状态。气动锯时，锯片不能接触任何表面。
  6、更换锯片前，务必断开气动力。
  7、顺时针转动调整手柄以便释放锯片导杆上的张力。然后释放侧面板的锁以便打开侧面板。然后从驱动轮上取下锯片并将其从锯带导杆上松开。
