FD 1-500 型，FD 1-650 型分切机是具有高精度、高灵敏度的分切设备，分切速度可在 0-150m/min 之间任意调速，分切后宽度最窄可到 3mm ，配有恒张力磁粉制动器，收卷轴差速装置，自动计米装置，双轴交错收卷，永不咬口。该设备广泛应用于分切纸、薄膜、铝箔、云母带，各种胶带、无纺布，是电子，印刷，轻工等行业的理想设备。

Applications：
The FD1-500 Paper and Foil Slitting Machine (hereafter FD1-500) is used for slitting paper,plastic film, pellicle, aluminum foil, copper foil, mica tape, bonded fiber fabric and various types of adhesive tape and ribbon materials from 0.01 to 0.25mm thickness. Equipped with Z2-41-3KW / Z2-32-2.2KW DC (direct current) Motor and Length Measurer, FD1-500 is not only capable for steady speed control, but also capable for automatic length measurement control. FD1-500 is the ideal equipment of choice in the industries of capacitor, cable, print, cigarette, aluminum foil and copper foil manufacturing.
