公差推荐

给尺寸D和d1规定的公差，必须与所用密封圈结合起来看

待。尺寸表力规定的d1要相对导向环单独看待。相邻密封

腔体对应的直径，应该根据密封元件来修正。

按尺寸切割的半成品

下列尺寸的产品是可在车间交货时按尺寸切割的产品。预

切割半成品的展开长度L2可按相应的公式计算。由于热膨

胀，装配后必然形成间隙K。我们建议采用垂直切割法生产

导向带。如果用对角线切割法，则在断开时切割的末端会

损坏。我们的切割机（产品号No.507228）省时又能精确

切割至所需要的尺寸。
