焊接式波纹膨胀节又称焊接式波纹补偿器,通用型波纹管。该产品由一个波纹管和两个端管构成及其它部件组成。它通过波纹管的柔性变形来吸收管线轴向位移(也有小量的横向、角向位移),端接管或直接与管道焊接,或焊上法兰再与管道法兰联结。膨胀节上的小拉杆主要是运输过程中的刚性支承或作为产品预变形调整用,它不是承力杆。该类膨胀节结构简单、价格低,因而凡是在管线上可能的地方应优先予以考虑。
