反吹风法:此法使滤袋因袋内外的空气压力差而收瘪,从而使粘着的灰层松散落下。脉冲喷气法:每隔3s时间用7Pa的压缩空气向脉冲阀的隔仓气室喷吹一次,脉冲喷吹的空气高速扩张而产生冲击波,传滤袋挠曲去掉粘附其上的灰层。声波清灰法:此法应用声波发生器产生低频声波,使滤袋发生振动,并结合反吹风使粘附在滤袋表面的尘粒振落下来。袋式除尘器的过滤材料:天然纤维:主要有棉纤维、毛纤维和棉毛混纺纤维。
不过,目前的技术为:在发动机的使用范围内测绘尾气状态,通过模型演算来推算NOx的吸收量,并求出RichSpide的开始时刻。由于该方法没有直接测定尾气中的NOx浓度,所以有必要验证是否在在任何条件下都能正常发挥作用。另一方面,柴油发动机车型由于NOx和未燃碳是此消彼涨的关系,降低NOx的排放量,PM的排放量将增加,所以有必要使用NOx传感器将NOx的排放控制在规定值,以便把PM的排放量降低到小。
