Oxygen probe is a kind of sensor used in heat treatment to control atmosphere, and it is used to determine the partial pressure of oxygen in the atmosphere containing carbon, the oxygen potential generated by the different oxygen concentration on the inside and outside of zirconia at high temperature is used to measure the oxygen content of the measured part.
It is widely used in heat treatment carburizing, carbonitriding, bright quenching, bright annealing and bright normalizing processes, as well as under the protection of the atmosphere of endothermic, drip, nitrogen-based, direct-generation atmosphere.
